Privacy notice

Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for users of www.idealclean.it.

2. Data processed

  • Data you provide through the contact form (name, email, phone, location, service of interest, message) or when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
  • Browsing data: for technical and security purposes, the hosting provider's systems record data such as IP address, date and time of the request and pages visited (server logs).

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to requests for information and quotes: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the fields marked as required is necessary for us to reply to your request.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed, as data processors, by the following providers:

  • Aruba S.p.A. – website hosting;
  • Web3Forms – technical service that forwards messages sent through the contact form to the controller;
  • Google Ireland Limited – website statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent;
  • WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, under that service's privacy policy.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on the safeguards set out in Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Data sent through the form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no contract follows, for a maximum of 24 months. Technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

This website uses technical cookies, which do not require consent, and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (Google Ireland Limited; Google LLC for transfers outside the EEA) to obtain statistics on how the site is used.

  • Cookies: _ga and _ga_* – maximum duration 13 months.
  • Data collected: pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate origin. Full IP addresses are not logged by Google Analytics 4. Advertising features and ad personalisation data are not enabled.
  • Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). If you choose "Reject" or do not reply, Google Analytics is not loaded.
  • Managing consent: you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Google's information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We do not use any other profiling or third-party tracking tools; fonts are hosted on our own server.

7. Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@idealclean.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
